摘要
本文总结1例湿热证热淋病患者采用穴位贴敷联合水罐疗法改善尿频症状的护理经验。患者临床以小便频数、憋尿困难为主症（昼间排尿5～6次，夜间3～4次），中医辨证属湿热瘀阻、膀胱气化失司（因虚致实，实邪偏重）。基于“清热通络、避温用清”原则，实施特色中医疗法，包括穴位贴敷、水罐疗法，配合实施生活调摄、情志干预。经干预7 d后，患者排尿次数显著减少（昼间3～4次，夜间1～2次），憋尿感缓解，生活质量提升。本案例表明，穴位贴敷与水罐的协同应用既能清热利湿，又可调节膀胱气化，且操作简便、安全性高，尤其适用于湿热证热淋病，具有临床推广价值。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating a patient with damp-heat-induced dysuria by using acupoint patch application combined with water tank therapy to alleviate urinary frequency symptoms. The patient presented with symptoms of frequent urination and difficulty in holding urine （5-6 times during the day and 3-4 times at night）， and was diagnosed by traditional Chinese medicine as having damp-heat obstruction and dysfunction of bladder qi transformation （due to deficiency leading to excess， with the excess pathogen being predominant）. Based on the principle of "clearing heat and unblocking meridians， avoiding warm therapy with cooling"， a unique traditional Chinese medical therapy was implemented， including acupoint patch application and water tank therapy， along with lifestyle adjustment and emotional intervention. After 7 days of intervention， the patient's frequency of urination significantly decreased （3-4 times during the day and 1-2 times at night）， the urge to hold urine was relieved， and the quality of life improved. This case demonstrates that the combined application of acupoint patch application and water tank therapy can not only clear heat and promote diuresis but also regulate bladder qi transformation， and is simple to operate and highly safe. It is particularly suitable for patients with damp-heat-induced dysuria and has clinical promotion value.
