摘要

本研究详细介绍1例65岁男性肺曲霉菌病患者的诊疗经历。患者因反复咳嗽、咳痰伴喘息入院，存在多种基础疾病，病情复杂。治疗上采用中西医结合方法，西医予抗真菌、化痰及平喘等治疗与氧疗、康复治疗，中医通过辨证用药、耳穴压丸和穴位贴敷进行干预，护理过程涵盖全面评估、准确诊断、精心计划、积极实施和效果评价。最终患者临床症状显著改善，治疗结果良好，出院后随访病情稳定，体现了中西医结合治疗及护理在肺曲霉菌病治疗中的重要价值，为临床实践提供有益参考。

Abstract

This study details the diagnosis and treatment of a 65-year-old male patient with pulmonary aspergillosis. The patient was admitted with recurrent cough， expectoration， and wheezing， complicated by multiple underlying conditions. An integrated Chinese and Western medical approach was adopted： Western interventions included antifungal therapy， expectorants， bronchodilators， oxygen therapy， and rehabilitation， while Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） involved syndrome differentiation-based herbal prescriptions， auricular acupressure， and acupoint application. The nursing process encompassed comprehensive assessment， accurate diagnosis， meticulous planning， proactive implementation， and outcome evaluation. The patient’s clinical symptoms significantly improved， with favorable therapeutic results and stable follow-up post-discharge. This case highlights the value of integrated Chinese-Western therapy and nursing in managing pulmonary aspergillosis， offering practical insights for clinical practice.
