摘要

总结1例重症肺炎患者运用拔罐联合西医药物治疗的临床护理体会。患者入院后，予抗感染、止咳化痰、营养支持、改善循环等西医综合治疗，同时结合中医诊断辨证施治，予疏风散寒类中药汤剂口服及规范化拔罐治疗。护理方面，重点加强并发症预防护理、营养支持护理及心理护理干预。经治疗与护理，患者整体症状得到有效控制，在不吸氧或低流量吸氧状态下动脉血氧分压（PaO

）稳定在60 mmHg以上，肺通气功能改善，咳嗽症状明显好转，未发生严重并发症，缩短了住院时间，降低了整体治疗费用，同时提高了患者对中医护理技术的认可度及对整体护理服务的满意度。患者遵医嘱顺利出院，出院后定期随访，短期内疾病未再复发，对本次住院期间的治疗及护理服务高度认可。

Abstract

This report summarizes the clinical nursing experience of a patient with severe pneumonia treated with cupping therapy combined with Western medication. Upon admission， the patient received comprehensive Western medical treatment， including anti-infection therapy， antitussive and expectorant agents， nutritional support， and circulation improvement， alongside TCM syndrome differentiation. The patient was prescribed oral decoctions for dispelling wind-cold pathogens and standardized cupping therapy. Nursing interventions focused on complication prevention， nutritional support， and psychological care. After treatment， the patient's symptoms were effectively controlled： arterial oxygen partial pressure （PaO₂） stabilized above 60 mmHg without or with low-flow oxygen therapy， pulmonary ventilation improved， and cough symptoms significantly alleviated. No severe complications occurred， hospitalization duration was shortened， overall treatment costs were reduced， and the patient's acceptance of TCM nursing techniques and satisfaction with holistic care increased. The patient was discharged as planned with regular follow-ups， showing no short-term recurrence and high approval of the treatment and nursing services.
