摘要
本文总结1例肉芽肿性乳腺炎并发双下肢红斑结节疼痛患者的中医护理经验。基于四诊合参，辨证为粉刺性乳痈（肝郁脾虚证），采用耳部三部曲（耳部按摩、刮痧、压丸）联合生活起居调护、情志疏导及饮食辨证等综合干预措施。经干预后，患者疼痛VAS评分由7分降至3分，双下肢红斑由重度减轻为轻度，PSQI睡眠评分由18分改善至5分。结果表明，以中医整体观为指导的辨证施护能有效缓解症状、促进皮损修复并提升生活质量，为同类病症的中医特色护理提供了实践参考。
Abstract
This article summarizes the Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） nursing experience of a patient with granulomatous mastitis complicated by painful nodular erythema on both lower limbs. Through the four diagnostic methods of TCM， the syndrome was identified as "acne-like mammary abscess" （liver stagnation and spleen deficiency pattern）. A comprehensive intervention combining the "Ear Triple Therapy" （auricular massage， scraping， and acupressure） with lifestyle guidance， emotional counseling， and dietary regulation based on syndrome differentiation was implemented. After the intervention， the patient's pain VAS score decreased from 7 to 3， the lower limb erythema improved from severe to mild， and the PSQI sleep score dropped from 18 to 5. The results demonstrate that syndrome differentiation nursing guided by the holistic concept of TCM can effectively alleviate symptoms， promote skin lesion recovery， and enhance quality of life， providing a practical reference for TCM-specialized nursing in similar cases.
