摘要

高血压危象是指血压在短时间内急剧升高，导致一系列严重的病理生理改变，从而引起的一种临床紧急情况，在急诊患者中发生率较高。本文总结1例高血压危象患者在应用乌拉地尔泵入降压同时，落实各项常规急救护理措施，予患者耳尖放血治疗后衔接耳穴压豆的序贯疗法，明显改善患者情况。针对本案例的研究与总结，对提高高血压危象的治疗效果及临床护理质量，具有一定的参考价值。

Abstract

Hypertensive crisis refers to a sudden and rapid increase in blood pressure， which leads to a series of severe pathological and physiological changes and causes a clinical emergency. It occurs frequently in emergency patients. This article summarizes a case of a hypertensive crisis patient who received blood pressure reduction through the infusion of urapidil while implementing various routine emergency nursing measures， and then received sequential therapy of ear tip bloodletting followed by auricular bean pressure application， which significantly improved the patient's condition. The research and summary of this case have certain reference value for improving the treatment effect of hypertensive crisis and the quality of clinical nursing.
