摘要
本文总结1例腺样体肥大患儿通过使用鼻部刮痧技术及揿针疗法进行治疗的护理体会。在中医辨证理论指导下，对患儿进行生活质量评估及睡眠相关症状问卷，同时结合患儿X线平片结果有针对性的给予护理诊断和措施，通过使用鼻部刮痧联合揿针疗法，有效缓解患儿鼻塞鼻堵、打鼾等症状；X线平片复查A/N值由0.82降低至0.65，显著的改善患儿的通气功能，缓解家长焦虑情绪。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating a child with adenoid hypertrophy using nasal scraping massage and press-needle therapy. Guided by traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation， the child's quality of life and sleep-related symptoms were assessed through questionnaires， while targeted nursing interventions were implemented based on X-ray findings. The combined application of nasal scraping massage and press-needle therapy effectively alleviated symptoms such as nasal congestion and snoring. Follow-up X-ray revealed a reduction in the adenoid-to-nasopharyngeal （A/N） ratio from 0.82 to 0.65， significantly improving the child's airway patency and alleviating parental anxiety.
