摘要

本文回顾1例应用中药溻渍技术干预脓毒症高热患者的护理体会。采用中西医结合护理方案，西医予抗感染及机械通气治疗，中医予经络辨证选肺经、膀胱经行中药溻渍治疗，联合应用穴位贴敷及中药口腔护理等。该患者7 d后脱机，黄稠痰转白稀痰，体温复常，舌脉改善，10 d后生命体征平稳出院。中药溻渍透皮给药可协同抗感染、减轻药物负担，经络外治突破传统降温局限，本案例为脓毒症高热危重症患者中西医协同护理提供可复制路径，凸显“外治透邪”理论在脓毒症高热管理中的创新应用价值。

Abstract

This article reviews the nursing experience of applying TCM soaking and staining technique in a septic patient with high fever. An integrated TCM-Western medicine nursing protocol was implemented， combining Western interventions （antibiotics and mechanical ventilation） with TCM therapies， including meridian-based soaking and staining （targeting the Lung and Bladder meridians）， acupoint application， and TCM oral care. The patient was successfully weaned off mechanical ventilation after 7 days， with thick yellow sputum transitioning to thin white sputum， normalized body temperature， and improved tongue and pulse signs. Vital signs stabilized by day 10， leading to discharge. The transdermal delivery of TCM soaking and staining synergized with antibiotics to reduce drug burden， while meridian-based external therapy overcame limitations of conventional fever management. This case demonstrates a replicable model for integrated TCM-Western nursing in critical septic fever， highlighting the innovative application of the "external therapy for pathogen elimination" theory in sepsis-related fever control.
