摘要

本文总结1例基于“络病”理论，采用辨证施护改善股骨头坏死患者疼痛的护理经验。针对患者髋关节疼痛，活动受限症状，给予患者穴位药罐、经络药罐等中医综合护理措施，有效缓解患者疼痛症状，视觉模拟评分法（visual analogue scale， VAS）评分由5分降至2分，髋关节屈曲度从110°增至120°。基于“络病”理论，应用药罐能够温通经络，促进气血运行，达到祛风除湿，有效缓解股骨头坏死疼痛症状，改善髋关节功能，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This report summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with femoral head necrosis whose pain was managed through syndrome-differentiated interventions based on the "Collateral Disease" theory. For symptoms including hip joint pain and limited mobility， integrated Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） therapies such as acupoint-specific medicinal cupping and meridian-based medicinal cupping were administered. These interventions effectively alleviated pain， reducing the Visual Analogue Scale （VAS） score from 5 to 2 and improving hip flexion from 110° to 120°. Grounded in the "Collateral Disease" theory， medicinal cupping therapy demonstrated the ability to warm and unblock meridians， promote qi-blood circulation， dispel wind-dampness pathogens， and significantly relieve pain associated with femoral head necrosis. Additionally， it enhanced hip joint function and overall quality of life.
