摘要

本文阐述10岁突发性聋患儿的中医护理个案，并详细介绍中医护理措施耳部三部曲，即耳部推拿、全息刮痧、耳穴压丸联合艾灸的实施过程及效果。结果表明，该综合治疗方法对改善患儿听力、缓解耳鸣等症状有一定的效果，为类似病例的护理提供了参考依据。

Abstract

This article presents a case study of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） nursing interventions for a 10-year-old child with sudden hearing loss， detailing the implementation and efficacy of the "Ear Trilogy"—comprising auricular massage， holographic scraping therapy， and auricular acupressure—combined with moxibustion. The results indicate that this integrated approach effectively improved the child's hearing and alleviated symptoms such as tinnitus， providing a valuable reference for the nursing care of similar cases.
