摘要

本文总结1例穴位注射联合皮内针技术治疗视神经脊髓炎谱系疾病肺热阴虚证患者的护理经验。通过科学的护理辨证及辨证分型为患者制定护理方案，并选用适宜的中医护理技术，即穴位注射联合皮内针，以促进神经功能及肢体功能的恢复，减轻患者面部疼痛症状，恢复视力，进一步提高患者自理能力和生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with neuromyelitis optica spectrum disorder （NMOSD） manifesting as lung-heat and Yin deficiency pattern， treated through a combination of acupoint injection and intradermal needling therapy. Based on scientific nursing differentiation and syndrome classification， a tailored care plan was developed， incorporating appropriate Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） nursing techniques—acupoint injection and intradermal needling—to promote the recovery of neurological and limb functions， alleviate facial pain， restore vision， and ultimately enhance the patient’s self-care ability and quality of life.
