摘要
本研究探讨经穴推拿联合耳穴压丸治疗失眠患者的临床效果。通过分析1例典型病例的治疗过程及效果评估，发现该治疗方法能显著改善患者睡眠质量、缩短入睡时间、减少夜间觉醒次数且无明显不良反应，为失眠的非药物治疗提供了新的临床思路和方法参考。
Abstract
This study investigates the clinical efficacy of meridian point massage combined with auricular acupoint pellet pressing in treating insomnia patients. By analyzing the therapeutic process and outcome evaluation of a representative case， we found that this integrated approach significantly improved sleep quality， shortened sleep onset latency， reduced nocturnal awakenings， and exhibited no apparent adverse effects. It provides new clinical insights and methodological references for non-pharmacological insomnia treatment.
