摘要

本文总结1例棘上韧带炎患者应用火龙罐综合灸疗法联合盐袋热敷进行治疗的护理体会。在患者治疗过程中，运用中医辨证思维，通过中医四诊合参进行护理评估，提出辨病辨证，应用火龙罐综合灸疗法联合盐袋热敷进行治疗，同时在生活起居、饮食及情志方面予以辨证施护，有效缓解患者疼痛症状，临床效果满意。

Abstract

This report summarizes the nursing experience in treating a patient with supraspinous ligamentitis using Fire Dragon Cupping with Integrated Moxibustion combined with Salt-Sack Thermotherapy. Throughout the treatment process， TCM syndrome differentiation thinking was applied. Nursing assessment was conducted through the four diagnostic methods of TCM， leading to disease and syndrome differentiation. The combined therapy of Fire Dragon Cupping with Integrated Moxibustion and Salt-Sack Thermotherapy was implemented， supplemented by syndrome-based nursing interventions in daily living routines， dietary management， and emotional regulation. This comprehensive approach effectively alleviated the patient's pain symptoms， yielding clinically favorable outcomes.
