摘要

本文总结中药热奄包（晚蚕沙）联合艾灸治疗1例风寒湿痹证类风湿关节炎患者的护理体会。基于护理评估结果及辨证分型，采用中药热奄包（晚蚕沙）联合艾灸技术，以温经通络、调和气血、消肿止痛及祛湿驱寒，配合健康宣教，有效改善类风湿关节炎关节疼痛症状。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of combined treatment with Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） hot compress pack （Bombyx Batryticatus） and moxibustion for a patient with rheumatoid arthritis （RA） of wind-cold-dampness obstruction pattern. Based on nursing assessment and syndrome differentiation， the therapy aimed to warm the meridians， promote Qi and blood circulation， reduce swelling and pain， and dispel cold-dampness， complemented by health education， which effectively alleviated joint pain symptoms in RA.
