摘要
本文总结1例中药膏摩配合艾灸治疗胃癌术后腹胀患者的护理经验。患者入院1周出现腹胀，时有恶心呕吐，经常规胃肠减压、禁食水及促胃动力药物治疗，效果欠佳。中医治以疏肝健脾、化痰散瘀为主，予患者腹部穴位贴敷及膏摩治疗，配合实施神阙、足三里艾灸与腹部热奄包治疗，有效改善患者腹胀等症状，促进患者及早进行辅助化疗，提高患者生存期。本案例提示临床患者护理中应注重疏肝健脾特点，重视气机调畅，肝胃同调，更利于患者胃肠功能恢复，值得临床参考借鉴。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of managing postoperative abdominal distension in a gastric cancer patient through the combined application of herbal ointment massage and moxibustion therapy. The patient developed persistent abdominal distension with occasional nausea and vomiting one week after admission， which showed poor response to conventional treatments including gastrointestinal decompression， fasting， and prokinetic medications. Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine principles focusing on soothing the liver， strengthening the spleen， resolving phlegm， and dispersing blood stasis， the intervention involved abdominal acupoint application with herbal ointment massage， complemented by moxibustion at Shenque （CV8） and Zusanli （ST36） points， as well as abdominal hot compress therapy. These approaches effectively alleviated distension symptoms， enabling earlier initiation of adjuvant chemotherapy and potentially improving survival outcomes. This case highlights the clinical value of TCM nursing strategies that emphasize liver-spleen regulation and Qi dynamic modulation to enhance gastrointestinal recovery in postoperative cancer patients.
