摘要

本文总结隔药灸脐法改善1例脾肾阳虚型便秘患者症状的护理体会。通过7 d的隔药灸脐法干预，患者排便频率从1次/5～7 d提升至1次/1～2 d，便质（Bristol分型）从1型（干硬）改善至4型（光滑软便），腹胀评分（NRS）从6分降至2分及以下，生活质量评分（PAC-QOL）从65分降至25分（降幅61.5%），便秘严重程度（CCS）从18分降至8分及以下，焦虑评分（SAS）从52分降至50分。基于辨证施护原则，选取神阙穴，结合中药配方（含肉苁蓉、白术、当归、制附子等）借助艾灸温通效应，显著改善患者便秘症状及脾肾阳虚证候。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of improving symptoms in a constipation patient with spleen-kidney yang deficiency pattern through medicinal-cake-partitioned moxibustion at Shenque （CV8）. After 7 days of intervention：Defecation frequency increased from once every 5-7 days to once every 1-2 days， Stool form （Bristol Scale） improved from Type 1 （separate hard lumps） to Type 4 （smooth soft sausage）， Abdominal distension score （NRS） decreased from 6 points to ≤2 points， Quality of life score （PAC-QOL） reduced from 65 to 25 （↓61.5%）， Constipation severity （CCS） decreased from 18 points to ≤8 points， Anxiety score （SAS） declined from 52 to 50. Guided by syndrome differentiation principles， Shenque （CV8） was selected as the treatment site. A proprietary herbal formula （containing Cistanches Herba， Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma， Angelicae Sinensis Radix， and Aconiti Lateralis Praeparata Radix） was applied with moxibustion to activate meridian warmth. This integrated approach significantly alleviated constipation symptoms and improved yang deficiency manifestations.
