摘要

本文总结1例中西医结合治疗无主癫痫持续状态患者的护理体验。1名23岁男性患者以癫痫持续状态为首发表现，无家属陪同，救治团队迅速启动应急预案，完成生命支持、气道保护、镇静治疗、查找病因及预防并发症的发生，同时配合中医穴位按摩促醒治疗，选择有安神、醒脑与开窍功效的百会、水冲及太沟穴进行按摩后，患者意识转清，取得显著效果。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a 23-year-old male patient with unattended status epilepticus treated through integrated Chinese and Western medicine. The patient presented with status epilepticus as the initial symptom and had no family accompaniment. The emergency team promptly initiated contingency protocols， providing life support， airway protection， sedative therapy， etiological investigation， and complication prevention. Concurrently， traditional Chinese acupressure was applied to promote consciousness recovery， targeting the Baihui （GV20）， Shuigou （GV26）， and Taichong （LR3） acupoints—known for their effects in calming the mind， awakening consciousness， and resolving phlegm-dizziness. Following intervention， the patient regained clear awareness， demonstrating significant therapeutic efficacy.
