摘要
本文总结中药封包联合经穴推拿治疗1例急性脑梗死患者的护理经验。急性脑梗死患者常伴有肢体不利和语言障碍，严重影响其生活质量和身心健康。护理人员在常规护理基础上，对1例急性脑梗死患者实施中药封包联合经穴推拿的中医特色疗法。中药封包可有效促进患者患肢血液循环，改善肌力和运动功能，经穴推拿可提升患者语言功能和肢体协调性，两者结合可有效提高治疗效果，缩短康复周期，且操作简便、安全性高，具有重要的临床应用价值。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating a patient with acute cerebral infarction using Chinese herbal packing combined with meridian point massage. Patients with acute cerebral infarction often present with limb dysfunction and speech impairment， significantly compromising their quality of life and psychological well-being. On the basis of routine care， an integrated traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） therapy combining Chinese herbal packing and meridian point massage was implemented. The herbal packing effectively promoted blood circulation in the affected limb， improving muscle strength and motor function， while meridian point massage enhanced speech articulation and limb coordination. The synergistic application of these two modalities significantly improved therapeutic efficacy， shortened the rehabilitation cycle， and demonstrated clinical value due to its operational simplicity and high safety.
