摘要
胃痞病是一种常见消化系统疾病，以自觉胃脘痞塞不通、满闷不舒为主要临床表现。本研究以1例68岁女性胃痞病患者为观察对象，采用耳穴综合疗法联合引导性音乐进行干预。通过个性化的护理措施，包括辨证施术、辨证施膳、辨证施乐、辨证施养及生活起居护理等，患者胃胀、烧心症状显著改善，情绪状态和睡眠质量得到明显提升，打破情志与胃肠功能互为影响的恶性循环，提高患者生活质量，为胃痞病的治疗和护理提供了新的思路和方法。
Abstract
Gastric distension is a common digestive system disorder， with the main clinical manifestations being a feeling of blocked and uncomfortable fullness in the upper abdomen and a sense of heaviness and discomfort. This study took a 68-year-old female patient with gastric distension as the observation subject and used the comprehensive auricular therapy combined with guiding music for intervention. Through personalized nursing measures， including syndrome-based treatment， syndrome-based diet， syndrome-based entertainment， syndrome-based care， and daily living care， the patient's symptoms of gastric distension and heartburn were significantly improved， and the emotional state and sleep quality were significantly enhanced. This broke the vicious cycle where emotions and gastrointestinal functions mutually influence each other， improved the quality of life of the patient， and provided new ideas and methods for the treatment and care of gastric distension.
