摘要

本文总结1例冠脉搭桥术后桥血管再狭窄患者，在药物治疗基础上联合皮内针及中西医护理，减少心绞痛发作的实践。经治疗，患者心绞痛日发作频次从3次降至0次，数字分级评分法（numerical rating scale， NRS）评分从2分降至0分，有效提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article presents a nursing intervention for a post-coronary artery bypass grafting （CABG） patient with graft restenosis and recurrent angina， combining intradermal acupuncture with integrated Chinese-Western nursing alongside pharmacological therapy. The intervention significantly reduced the patient's daily angina episodes （from 3 to 0） and Numerical Rating Scale （NRS） score （from 2 to 0）， effectively improving quality of life.
