摘要

本文总结1例以子午流注理论为基础，采用中药膏摩护理技术治疗老年功能性便秘患者的护理体会。基于中医辨证施护，制定个体化的择时实施中药膏摩技术治疗计划，结合饮食调护、生活起居护理及情志护理等护理措施，以调理脾胃，促进胃肠功能恢复，进而改善便秘症状，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of an elderly patient with functional constipation treated with herbal ointment massage （Gao Mo） guided by the Midnight-Noon Ebb-Flow （Zi Wu Liu Zhu） theory. Rooted in TCM syndrome differentiation and holistic nursing， an individualized treatment plan was designed to administer herbal ointment massage at specific circadian rhythm-based time points. Integrated with dietary guidance， daily routine adjustments， and emotional regulation， this approach aimed to regulate spleen-stomach function， enhance gastrointestinal motility， and ultimately alleviate constipation symptoms， thereby improving the patient’s quality of life.
