摘要
本文总结1例尿道狭窄切除联合颊黏膜代尿道成形术后患者的中西医结合护理。患者男性，55岁，术后出现尿路感染、伤口愈合缓慢及焦虑等问题。在常规护理基础上，结合中医辨证施护，联合应用热淋清颗粒、耳穴贴压及中药坐浴等方法。术后第3日疼痛评分由3分降至1分；第14日会阴切口及口腔黏膜移植区愈合良好；第29日无疼痛，伤口甲级愈合，未见并发症。护理干预措施显著缩短患者康复时间，改善排尿功能并提升患者生活质量，该案例体现中西医结合护理在泌尿外科术后康复中的优势与推广价值。
Abstract
This article summarizes the combined traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing care for a patient who underwent urethral stricture resection combined with buccal mucosa urethral replacement surgery. The patient was a 55-year-old male who experienced urinary tract infection， slow wound healing， and anxiety after the surgery. On the basis of routine care， combined with TCM syndrome differentiation and treatment， methods such as Hot Ditch Clearing Granules， auricular point pressing， and traditional Chinese medicine sit baths were used. On the 3rd day after the surgery， the pain score decreased from 3 points to 1 point； on the 14th day， the perineal incision and the oral mucosa transplantation area healed well； on the 29th day， there was no pain， the wound achieved grade A healing， and no complications were observed. The nursing intervention measures significantly shortened the patient's recovery time， improved urination function， and enhanced the patient's quality of life. This case demonstrates the advantages and promotion value of combined TCM and Western medicine nursing care in postoperative rehabilitation of urology.
