摘要

本文总结1例采用中药塌渍治疗肺栓塞患者并发双下肢水肿症状的护理效果及体会。肺栓塞可引起肺动脉高压，引起右心室压力增加，右心负荷加重，静脉回流受阻，引发下肢水肿。本例患者在西医抗凝、抗炎等对症治疗基础上，中医辨证属“气虚血瘀水停证”，予中药塌渍外治，辅以综合护理措施，显著缓解患者下肢水肿症状。

Abstract

This paper summarizes the nursing efficacy and experience of using traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） soaking and compress therapy for a patient with pulmonary embolism complicated by bilateral lower limb edema. Pulmonary embolism can trigger pulmonary arterial hypertension， which elevates right ventricular pressure， exacerbates right heart load， obstructs venous return and consequently induces lower limb edema. On the basis of Western medicine symptomatic treatments including anticoagulation and anti-inflammation， this patient was diagnosed with the syndrome of qi deficiency， blood stasis and water retention through TCM syndrome differentiation. The patient was treated with external TCM soaking and compress therapy combined with comprehensive nursing interventions， which significantly alleviated the symptoms of lower limb edema.
