摘要

本文总结1例79岁男性腹膜后肿物术后患者的护理体会。患者术后在常规护理基础上联合温和灸及热奄包等中医适宜技术，通过温通经络、行气活血，以缓解疼痛，促进康复。护理过程中同步开展心理疏导与饮食指导，提升患者舒适度与依从性。实践表明，中西医结合护理能有效缓解术后不适，促进恢复，具有较高的临床应用价值。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing management for a 79-year-old male patient after retroperitoneal mass resection. Complementary to routine care， mild moxibustion and herbal hot compress—traditional Chinese medicine modalities—were applied to warm meridians and promote blood circulation， thereby alleviating pain and accelerating recovery. Psychological support and dietary guidance were integrated to enhance comfort and compliance. The practice demonstrated that integrated nursing effectively mitigates postoperative discomfort， facilitates rehabilitation， and holds significant clinical value.
