摘要

本文总结1例抗生素相关性腹泻（脾肾阳虚型）患者应用“固本培元理论”指导下的温阳罐灸联合耳穴压丸治疗的护理体会。护理过程中，通过全面评估患者体质特征及腹泻严重程度，从辨证施护、辨证施膳、辨证施术三方面实施个性化干预。结果显示，中医护理能有效改善患者腹泻症状，同时提升其舒适度与满意度，体现了中医整体护理的临床优势。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating a case of antibiotic-associated diarrhea （spleen-kidney yang deficiency type） with warming yang pot moxibustion combined with auricular acupressure under the guidance of the "Root Reinforcement Theory." During the nursing process， a comprehensive assessment of the patient's constitution and diarrhea severity was conducted， followed by personalized interventions from three perspectives： syndrome-differentiated nursing， syndrome-differentiated diet， and syndrome-differentiated techniques. The results demonstrated that traditional Chinese medicine nursing effectively alleviated the patient's diarrhea symptoms while enhancing comfort and satisfaction， highlighting the clinical advantages of holistic TCM nursing.
