摘要

本文总结运用雪山金罗汉止痛涂膜剂联合中药烫熨治疗1例出血型烟雾病并发肩手综合征患者的护理经验。患者为脑出血去骨瓣减压术+颅脑血肿清除术后患者，其并发症肩手综合征直接妨碍患者的康复进程，增加患者训练难度，甚至阻碍患者在最佳恢复期的治疗，如不及时采取行之有效的治疗方案，将大大降低患者生存质量，给临床治疗与护理带来挑战。本病例在常规护理的基础上通过中医辨证施护，创新性地将雪山金罗汉止痛涂膜剂的活血消肿功效与中药烫熨的温热通络作用结合，形成中西医结合外治疗法。经过三个疗程的治疗，患者疼痛、手部肿胀及关节活动度取得有效改善，大大增加了患者的康复信心，值得推广。

Abstract

This report summarizes the nursing experience of integrating Xueshan Jinluohan Analgesic Film-Forming Agent with herbal thermal compress therapy in a patient with hemorrhagic moyamoya disease complicated by shoulder-hand syndrome. The patient underwent craniectomy with hematoma evacuation following intracerebral hemorrhage. The concomitant shoulder-hand syndrome critically impeded rehabilitation progress， increased therapeutic difficulty， and compromised optimal recovery window intervention. Without prompt and effective management， such complications substantially diminish quality of life while posing significant clinical challenges. Building upon conventional care， our TCM syndrome differentiation nursing protocol innovatively synergized the blood-activating and swelling-reducing properties of Xueshan Jinluohan Analgesic Film-Forming Agent with the meridian-warming effects of herbal thermal compress， establishing an integrated external treatment approach. After three therapeutic courses， the patient demonstrated significant improvement in pain levels， hand edema， and joint mobility. This multimodal intervention markedly enhanced rehabilitation confidence， demonstrating substantial clinical applicability.
