摘要

本文总结蜡敷治疗联合穴位贴敷治疗1例急性胰腺患者疼痛的护理经验。患者入院后完善护理评估，基于中医基础理论开展蜡敷治疗、穴位贴敷中医护理干预，并配合起居、饮食、运动及情志等常规护理措施，有效减轻患者上腹部胀满、疼痛等症状，促进患者快速康复。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of integrating wax therapy with acupoint application for pain relief in an acute pancreatitis patient. Through comprehensive nursing assessment and TCM theory-guided interventions—including wax compress， herbal patch application at specific acupoints， and routine care （lifestyle， diet， exercise， and emotional support）—significant alleviation of epigastric distension and pain was achieved， facilitating accelerated recovery.
