摘要
本文总结1例应用中医护理技术治疗肝阳上亢型高血压患者的护理体会。根据患者病情，在护理评估及中医辨证基础上，采取耳穴压丸联合头部刮痧中医外治方法，配合用药护理、饮食护理与情志护理等常规护理措施，有效缓解患者眩晕、失眠等不适症状，提高患者生活质量。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with hypertension of liver-yang hyperactivity pattern treated with TCM nursing techniques. Based on nursing assessment and TCM syndrome differentiation， auricular point sticking combined with head scraping therapy was administered alongside routine interventions including medication management， dietary guidance， and emotional care. These integrated approaches effectively alleviated symptoms such as dizziness and insomnia， ultimately enhancing the patient's quality of life.
