摘要

本文通过对1例混合痔术后排尿困难患者，采用手指点穴配合中药热奄包治疗的护理过程进行分析，探讨该治疗方法在解决混合痔术后排尿困难问题上的应用效果及护理要点。结果显示，经手指点穴配合中药热奄包治疗与护理，患者排尿困难症状得到有效缓解。治疗后，患者排尿困难评分从治疗前的3分（重度困难）降至0分（无困难），自主排尿恢复时间平均为48 h。手指点穴配合中药热奄包可有效改善术后尿潴留患者的排尿功能，缩短自主排尿恢复时间，临床应用价值显著，表明该治疗方法操作简便、疗效显著，值得临床进一步推广应用。

Abstract

This study analyzed the nursing process of a patient with postoperative urinary dysfunction after mixed hemorrhoid surgery， treated with finger acupressure and herbal hot compress， to evaluate the efficacy and key nursing considerations of this integrated approach. Results demonstrated significant symptom relief： the urinary difficulty score decreased from 3 （severe dysfunction） to 0 （no dysfunction）， with an average spontaneous voiding recovery time of 48 hours. The combination of finger acupressure and herbal hot compress effectively improved urinary retention， accelerated functional recovery， and exhibited notable clinical value due to its simplicity and efficacy. This method warrants broader clinical application.
