摘要
本文报告1例脑器质性精神障碍伴发顽固性皮肤瘙痒致大面积皮下瘀血患者的中西医结合护理实践，重点探讨穴位贴敷联合消风散及毫针技术的干预效果。通过中医辨证施护，采用神阙穴穴位贴敷联合消风散内服，配合毫针针刺（取穴至阳、脊中、中枢、双侧风门穴、肺俞、心俞、督俞、膈俞、风市、血海及曲池）及情志疏导等综合干预措施。经系统治疗与护理，患者瘙痒消除，皮下瘀血消散，睡眠质量显著改善。提示基于辨证施治原则的中西医结合护理方案能有效改善脑器质性精神障碍患者的继发性皮肤症状，具有临床借鉴价值。
Abstract
This paper reports the integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing practice for a patient with organic mental disorder complicated by refractory pruritus leading to extensive subcutaneous bruising. The study focuses on the therapeutic effects of acupoint application combined with Xiaofeng San （Wind-Dispersing Powder） and filiform needle acupuncture. Based on syndrome differentiation， interventions included acupoint application at Shenque， oral administration of Xiaofeng San， filiform needle acupuncture （targeting Zhiyang， Jizhong， Zhongshu， bilateral Fengmen， Feishu， Xinshu， Dushu， Geshu， Fengshi， Xuehai， and Quchi）， and emotional counseling. After systematic treatment and nursing， the patient achieved complete relief from pruritus， resolution of subcutaneous bruising， and significant improvement in sleep quality. This case demonstrates that an integrated nursing approach grounded in TCM syndrome differentiation can effectively alleviate secondary dermatological symptoms in patients with organic mental disorder， offering clinical reference value.
