摘要
本文总结1例老年患者脾虚泄泻应用火熨术联合温阳罐治疗的护理经验。通过中医辨证施护，运用火熨术联合温阳罐，以温经通络、温煦元阳、散寒化湿、通经活络、健脾祛湿及调和气血，同时配合饮食调护与情志护理，患者症状显著改善，生活质量提高。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of applying fire-ironing therapy combined with Warm-Yang cupping in an elderly patient with spleen deficiency diarrhea. Based on TCM syndrome differentiation and holistic nursing， the combined therapy aimed to warm meridians， invigorate primordial yang， dispel cold-dampness， unblock collaterals， strengthen the spleen， resolve dampness， and regulate qi-blood. Integrated with dietary and emotional interventions， the patient’s symptoms were significantly alleviated with improved quality of life.
