摘要

本文总结1例应用穴位按摩联合耳穴贴压治疗中风合并肢体乏力伴失眠患者的护理经验，在常规护理基础上，通过实施穴位按摩联合耳穴贴压治疗，改善患者肢体乏力伴失眠症状。穴位按摩和耳穴贴压均直接作用于相关穴位，具有高度特异性，可针对肢体乏力伴失眠症状进行干预，调节脏腑功能，提高患者舒适度及生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of applying acupoint massage combined with auricular plaster therapy to a stroke patient with limb weakness and insomnia. On the basis of routine nursing care， the intervention of acupoint massage and auricular plaster therapy improved the patient’s symptoms of limb weakness and insomnia. Both therapies act directly on specific acupoints with high specificity， targeting limb weakness and insomnia by regulating visceral functions， thereby enhancing the patient’s comfort and quality of life.
