摘要
本文总结1例因大量饮酒后呕吐诱发Mallory-Weiss综合征（贲门撕裂）致消化道出血患者的中西医结合护理经验。护理团队通过系统评估，确立“活动性出血风险”“疼痛管理”及“睡眠障碍”等核心护理诊断，实施多维度干预，即急诊内镜下止血术控制出血，中医特色疗法，情志护理缓解焦虑。经综合干预，患者未发生再出血或感染等并发症，临床症状显著改善，最终痊愈出院。本案例提示针对酒精性Mallory-Weiss综合征，中西医结合护理可协同提升疗效，尤其对术后康复与症状管理具有独特优势。
Abstract
This article summarizes the integrated Traditional Chinese and Western medicine （TCM-WM） nursing experience for a patient with gastrointestinal bleeding induced by Mallory-Weiss syndrome （gastroesophageal laceration） following excessive alcohol consumption and vomiting. The nursing team conducted a systematic assessment， identifying core nursing diagnoses such as "risk of active bleeding，" "pain management，" and "sleep disorder." Multidimensional interventions were implemented， including emergency endoscopic hemostasis to control bleeding， TCM-specific therapies， and emotional care to alleviate anxiety. Through comprehensive intervention， the patient achieved significant clinical improvement without complications such as rebleeding or infection， ultimately recovering and being discharged. This case suggests that integrated TCM-WM nursing can synergistically enhance therapeutic efficacy for alcohol-related Mallory-Weiss syndrome， particularly in postoperative rehabilitation and symptom management.
