摘要
本文总结1例温阳罐联合穴位贴敷改善气阴两虚证心衰患者便秘的护理体会。通过综合护理评估和辨证分型，确定护理方案，具体包括温阳罐与穴位贴敷的操作和护理要点。经治疗，患者便秘症状较前明显改善，生活质量提升，排便间隔从3～5 d缩短至1～2 d，布里斯托粪便性状量表（BSFS）从Ⅰ型改善为Ⅳ型。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of using warming Yang cupping combined with acupoint application to improve constipation in a heart failure patient with Qi-Yin deficiency syndrome. Through comprehensive nursing assessment and syndrome differentiation， a tailored nursing plan was implemented， including the operational techniques and key nursing points of warming Yang cupping and acupoint application. After treatment， the patient's constipation symptoms significantly improved， with enhanced quality of life. The defecation interval shortened from 3–5 days to 1–2 days， and the Bristol Stool Form Scale （BSFS） score improved from Type I to Type IV.
