摘要
本案例报告1例因脾胃虚弱导致的寒湿阻滞型腹型肥胖患者，通过温阳罐联合经穴推拿的综合疗法，实现腰围减少8 cm，体重下降2.8 kg，BMI从25.7 kg/m
2
降至24.7 kg/m
2
，并伴随便秘症状缓解，经期恢复正常及代谢功能改善。温阳罐通过中药透皮渗透与温罐负压热力协同作用，发挥散寒化湿、通经活络及健脾祛湿功效，为中医外治法在肥胖症管理中的应用提供临床依据。
Abstract
This case report documents a patient with abdominal obesity due to spleen-stomach deficiency and cold-dampness obstruction， who achieved a reduction in waist circumference by 8 cm， weight loss of 2.8 kg， and a decline in BMI from 25.7 kg/m² to 24.7 kg/m² through integrated therapy combining Warming Yang cupping with acupoint massage. Concurrently， symptoms such as constipation were alleviated， menstrual cycles normalized， and metabolic function improved. Warming Yang cupping synergizes herbal transdermal penetration with the thermal and negative-pressure effects of cupping to dissipate cold， resolve dampness， activate meridians， and strengthen the spleen. This study provides clinical evidence for the application of traditional Chinese external therapies in obesity management.
