摘要
本文总结1例下肢静脉溃疡患者应用阿是穴艾灸联合中药湿敷治疗的护理经验。在常规护理措施的基础上，通过对1例下肢静脉溃疡患者进行阿是穴艾灸及中药湿敷治疗，并实施精细护理干预、病情观察，心理护理及健康指导等。经过为期74 d的综合治疗后，有效促进患者溃疡创面的愈合，患者双下肢溃疡症状得到显著改善。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with lower extremity venous ulcer treated with Ashi point moxibustion combined with Chinese herbal wet compress. On the basis of routine nursing measures， targeted interventions—including Ashi point moxibustion， herbal wet compress， meticulous nursing care， condition monitoring， psychological support， and health education—were implemented. After 74 days of comprehensive treatment， the patient’s ulcer wounds healed effectively， with significant improvement in symptoms of bilateral lower extremity ulcers.
