摘要
本文总结应用麦粒灸联合放血疗法干预1例带状疱疹（蛇串疮）患者的护理经验。患者入院后，给予麦粒灸、放血疗法进行干预，通过辨证施护进行个体化护理，包括密切观察病情预防并发症、疼痛护理、皮肤护理、睡眠护理、情志护理及健康教育等。基于中西医基础理论，发挥中医特色优势，在治疗中运用中医适宜技术麦粒灸联合放血疗法，调节免疫，有效减轻疼痛症状，促进破溃面愈合，加速患者康复进程，提高护理质量，缩短患者住院时间。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with herpes zoster （snake-like sores） treated with grain-sized moxibustion combined with bloodletting therapy. After admission， the patient received interventions including grain-sized moxibustion and bloodletting therapy， along with individualized nursing care based on syndrome differentiation. Key nursing measures included close monitoring for complication prevention， pain management， skin care， sleep support， emotional counseling， and health education. By integrating traditional Chinese and Western medical theories and leveraging the unique advantages of Chinese medicine， this approach effectively regulated immune function， alleviated pain， promoted ulcer healing， accelerated recovery， improved nursing quality， and reduced hospitalization duration.
