摘要

本文总结1例脾虚湿阻型肥胖患者应用平衡火罐疗法的效果观察及护理经验。以中医基本理论为指导，在传统拔罐疗法的基础上运用闪、走、留罐的方法，通过对患者的皮肤实施牵拉、摩擦等物理刺激，以激发经气、调理气机、驱寒除湿与调和气血，同时配合心理、运动及饮食等常规护理措施，有效降低患者体重，增强患者自信心，提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This report summarizes the therapeutic outcomes and nursing experience of Balancing Cupping Therapy in an obese patient presenting with Spleen Deficiency and Dampness Obstruction Pattern. Guided by fundamental theories of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM）， the therapy employed rapid-fire movements （Shan）， sliding techniques （Zou）， and stationary retention （Liu Guan） on the basis of conventional cupping. Through physical stimulation—including cutaneous traction and friction—the treatment activated meridian qi， regulated qi dynamics， dispelled cold-dampness pathogens， and harmonized blood circulation. Integrated with routine nursing interventions encompassing psychological support， exercise guidance， and dietary modification， this approach effectively reduced body weight， enhanced self-confidence， and improved the patient’s quality of life.
