摘要
本文总结1例中医五行音乐疗法联合耳穴贴压提高局麻下行支气管镜检查患者舒适度的效果和护理经验。案例主要内容包括“五音”的选取和欣赏时间，耳穴贴压选穴配穴、操作方法及注意事项，术中、术后等常规护理。在中医辨证施护理论指导下，采取针对性护理措施，通过观察患者焦虑程度、舒适度，术中心率、血压变化以及调查护理满意度，以促进患者康复。
Abstract
This paper summarizes the effect and nursing experience of traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） five-element music therapy combined with auricular point sticking in improving the comfort of a patient undergoing bronchoscopy under local anesthesia. The main content of the case includes the selection and listening duration of "five tones"， the selection and combination of auricular points， operation methods and precautions for auricular point sticking， as well as routine nursing during and after the operation. Under the guidance of TCM theory of syndrome differentiation and nursing， targeted nursing measures were adopted. By observing the patient's anxiety level， comfort， intraoperative changes in heart rate and blood pressure， and investigating nursing satisfaction， the patient's rehabilitation was promoted.
