摘要

本文总结1例气阴两虚型胫骨平台骨折术后患者胃肠功能紊乱的护理经验。根据中医辨证分型，基于胃气为本理论给予患者运用特色中医护理技术，即穴位贴敷及子午流注便秘推拿，结合生活、饮食与情志护理等方法，有效缓解患者术后胃痛、胃胀、苦干、口苦及便秘等胃肠功能紊乱症状，提高患者舒适度，加快患者康复。

Abstract

This study summarizes the nursing experience of a patient with gastrointestinal dysfunction following tibial plateau fracture surgery， presenting as a pattern of qi and yin deficiency. Based on Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） syndrome differentiation and the theory of stomach qi as the foundation， specialized TCM nursing techniques were applied， including acupoint application and meridian flow acupressure for constipation， combined with lifestyle， dietary， and emotional regulation interventions. These methods effectively alleviated postoperative symptoms such as stomach pain， bloating， dry mouth， bitter taste， and constipation， improving patient comfort and accelerating recovery.
