摘要

本研究总结1例采用手法通乳联合中药塌渍治疗早期乳痈患者皮肤发红的护理体会。在中医整体观念辨证施护理论指导下，采取手法通乳中医技术及中药塌渍治疗，予患者辨证施膳、辨证施情等综合措施干预后，有效缓解患者疼痛及红肿等临床症状，排除淤积的乳汁，达到乳房均匀松软，乳汁通畅的目的，值得在临床进一步推广应用。

Abstract

This study summarizes the nursing experience of managing cutaneous erythema （skin redness） in a patient with early-stage mastitis through integrated breast massage and herbal compress therapy. Guided by the holistic concept of Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） and pattern-differentiated nursing principles， interventions included specialized breast massage techniques， herbal compress applications， syndrome-specific dietary guidance， and emotional regulation. These comprehensive measures effectively alleviated pain and erythema， eliminated accumulated milk stasis， achieved uniform softness throughout the breast tissue， and restored optimal milk flow. This integrated TCM nursing approach demonstrates significant clinical efficacy and deserves wider clinical implementation.
