摘要

本文总结1例耳部刮痧联合耳穴贴压治疗患者舌麻症状的护理体会。针对患者舌麻症状对其辨证分析后进行辨证施术、辨证施情、辨证施膳、辨证施养及健康教育等个性化中医特色护理，有效改善患者症状，提高患者舒适度，改善生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of treating tongue numbness in one patient through ear scraping combined with auricular point sticking. Based on syndrome differentiation， personalized traditional Chinese medicine （TCM） nursing interventions were implemented， including syndrome-specific techniques， emotional regulation， dietary guidance， lifestyle adjustments， and health education. These measures effectively alleviated the patient’s symptoms， enhanced comfort， and improved quality of life.
