摘要
颈脊髓损伤患者因呼吸肌功能障碍易并发肺部感染，有效的预防性护理至关重要。本文选取1例颈脊髓损伤患者，采用现代气道廓清技术联合中医特色护理的预防性干预方案，方法包括咳嗽训练、湿化治疗、腹部冲击式排痰（体外）及机械性吸—呼气排痰技术（MI-E）等现代康复手段，结合循经扣击、穴位按摩与中药口服等中医特色护理。干预2周后，患者血氧饱和度提升，痰量显著减少，未发生肺部感染，呼吸功能改善。气道廓清技术与中医护理相结合可有效预防颈髓损伤患者的呼吸道并发症，提高临床预后，为颈髓损伤的呼吸管理提供中西医结合的优化护理策略。
Abstract
Patients with cervical spinal cord injury are prone to pulmonary infections due to respiratory muscle dysfunction. Effective preventive care is of vital importance. This article selects a case of a patient with cervical spinal cord injury and adopts a preventive intervention plan combining modern airway clearance techniques with traditional Chinese nursing. The methods include cough training， humidification treatment， abdominal impact-style expectoration （outside the body）， and mechanical inhalation-exhalation expectoration technique （MI-E）， among other modern rehabilitation measures， combined with meridian tapping， acupoint massage， and oral administration of traditional Chinese medicine. After 2 weeks of intervention， the patient's blood oxygen saturation increased， the amount of sputum decreased significantly， no pulmonary infection occurred， and the respiratory function improved. The combination of airway clearance techniques and traditional Chinese nursing can effectively prevent respiratory complications in patients with cervical spinal cord injury， improve clinical prognosis， and provide an optimized combined Chinese and Western medicine nursing strategy for respiratory management in cervical spinal cord injury.
