摘要

本文总结1例慢性肾衰伴褶皱性皮炎患者的中医特色护理体会。患者因双下肢及阴囊重度水肿诱发大面积褶皱性皮炎，通过经络腧穴理论及中医辨证施护，对患处皮肤及疾病相关腧穴进行艾灸。经过5 d的治疗，使患处皮肤愈合，水肿减轻，住院期间未复发，治疗效果显著，提高患者满意度。

Abstract

This article summarizes the TCM nursing experience for a patient with chronic renal failure （CRF） complicated by severe intertriginous dermatitis. Triggered by massive edema in the lower limbs and scrotum， the dermatitis was treated with moxibustion applied to affected skin and disease-related acupoints based on meridian-collateral theory and TCM syndrome differentiation. After 5 days of intervention， the skin lesions healed completely， edema significantly reduced， and no recurrence occurred during hospitalization. The outcomes demonstrated clinical efficacy and improved patient satisfaction.
