摘要
本文总结1例乳腺癌化疗后出现重度手足麻木患者的护理经验。针对其典型症状，创新性采用中医刮痧（重点经络、穴位）联合活血通络中药泡洗的综合外治法。护理要点包括精准辨证选穴刮痧以通络止痛，个性化中药（如鸡血藤、红花等）煎汤恒温泡洗以温经活血，并严格把控操作规范、时间、温度及泡洗后保暖，同时辅以情志调护与饮食指导。经系统护理，患者手足麻木显著减轻，生活自理能力及生活质量明显改善，且无不良反应。本案例表明，该特色中医护理组合方案对缓解化疗所致周围神经毒性（手足麻木）安全有效，操作性强，值得临床推广。
Abstract
This paper summarizes the nursing experience of a breast cancer patient with severe chemotherapy-induced peripheral neuropathy （CIPN）， manifested as hand-foot numbness. An innovative integrated approach combining TCM Gua Sha （targeting specific meridians and acupoints） with herbal foot bath （composed of blood-activating herbs like Spatholobus suberectus and Carthamus tinctorius） was applied. Key nursing interventions included： （1） syndrome-differentiated Gua Sha to unblock collaterals and relieve pain， （2） personalized warm herbal immersion （temperature-controlled decoction） to promote blood circulation， （3） strict operational protocols （duration， temperature， and post-procedure warmth preservation）， and （4） emotional support and dietary guidance. After systematic care， the patient showed significant alleviation of numbness， improved self-care ability and quality of life， with no adverse effects. This case demonstrates that this TCM nursing protocol is safe， effective， and clinically feasible for CIPN management.
