摘要
总结1例中药热奄包联合火龙罐综合灸治疗缺血性中风后肩手综合征的护理经验。在中风病常规护理的基础上循经辨证，运用中药热奄包联合火龙罐综合灸温通经络、行气化痰解郁，旨在改善患者患侧上肢的肌力及感觉运动障碍，缓解疼痛、肿胀及焦虑症状，提升患者生活质量。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of integrating herbal hot compress with Fire Dragon cupping and moxibustion for a patient with post-ischemic stroke shoulder-hand syndrome （SHS）. Based on routine stroke care， the treatment followed meridian differentiation principles to warm collaterals， promote Qi circulation， resolve phlegm， and alleviate stagnation. The combined therapy aimed to improve muscle strength， sensory-motor function， pain， swelling， and anxiety symptoms in the affected upper limb， thereby enhancing the patient’s quality of life.
