摘要
重症肺炎伴低蛋白血症是临床危重症患者的常见并发症，病情复杂且护理难度大。本研究通过1例典型病例的护理实践，探讨中西医结合护理模式对重症肺炎合并低蛋白血症患者临床指标改善及康复促进的应用价值。患者在接受西医抗感染、机械通气和营养支持治疗的同时，结合中医辨证施护，采用中药汤剂内服、穴位贴敷、中药保留灌肠、热奄包外敷及耳穴压丸等综合干预措施。研究显示，中西医结合护理通过多靶点协同作用：在稳定生命体征的基础上，中医药干预显著调节免疫功能、改善胃肠动力并促进白蛋白合成。该模式有效纠正代谢紊乱，为重症肺炎合并低蛋白血症的临床护理提供循证支持与实践新路径。
Abstract
Severe pneumonia complicated by hypoalbuminemia is a common and clinically critical condition characterized by complex pathophysiology and significant nursing challenges. This study presents a case report to evaluate the efficacy of an integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine （TCM-WM） nursing approach in improving clinical outcomes and promoting recovery in a patient with severe pneumonia and hypoalbuminemia. The patient received comprehensive interventions， including Western medical treatments （antibiotic therapy， mechanical ventilation， and nutritional support） combined with TCM-based nursing strategies， such as oral administration of herbal decoctions， acupoint application， TCM retention enema， herbal hot compress， and auricular acupressure. The results demonstrated that the integrated nursing model exerted synergistic effects through multi-target mechanisms： while stabilizing vital signs， TCM interventions significantly enhanced immune function， improved gastrointestinal motility， and promoted albumin synthesis. This approach effectively corrected metabolic disturbances， providing evidence-based support and a novel clinical pathway for nursing care in severe pneumonia with hypoalbuminemia.
