摘要
本文总结基于“手三阴经经穴推拿技术”理论指导下应用火龙罐改善1例中风后上肢痉挛性瘫痪患者的护理体会。基于“手三阴经经穴推拿技术”和中医辨证施护理论，采用火龙罐配合生活起居、饮食护理及康复指导等措施，治疗中风后上肢痉挛性瘫痪患者疗效确切，有效缓解肌张力和痉挛程度，改善患者肢体运动功能及日常生活能力，提高患者生活质量和水平，增强患者战胜疾病信心。
Abstract
This article summarizes the nursing experience of applying Fire Dragon Cupping to improve upper limb spastic paralysis in one stroke patient under the guidance of the "Meridian Massage Technique of the Three Yin Channels of the Hand" theory. Based on the "Meridian Massage Technique of the Three Yin Channels of the Hand" and the principles of syndrome differentiation in Traditional Chinese Medicine （TCM） nursing， Fire Dragon Cupping was combined with lifestyle adjustments， dietary care， and rehabilitation guidance. The results demonstrated significant efficacy in alleviating muscle tension and spasticity， improving limb motor function and daily living abilities， enhancing the patient's quality of life， and strengthening their confidence in overcoming the disease.
