摘要
本案例基于循证护理理念，对1例急性化脓性阑尾炎患者实施快速康复方案。依据循证医学证据制定并实施护理计划与措施，经过循证护理干预，患者疼痛明显缓解，胃肠功能恢复时间缩短，未出现并发症，住院时间较常规护理明显缩短。基于循证护理的快速康复方案能够有效提高急性化脓性阑尾炎患者的康复效率和生活质量，为临床护理工作提供科学、可靠的实践依据。
Abstract
This case is based on the concept of evidence-based nursing and implements a rapid rehabilitation plan for a patient with acute suppurative appendicitis. The nursing plan and measures were formulated and implemented according to evidence-based medical evidence. Through evidence-based nursing intervention， the patient's pain was significantly relieved， the recovery time of gastrointestinal function was shortened， no complications occurred， and the hospitalization time was significantly shorter than that of conventional care. The rapid rehabilitation plan based on evidence-based nursing can effectively improve the rehabilitation efficiency and quality of life of patients with acute suppurative appendicitis， providing scientific and reliable practical basis for clinical nursing work.
