摘要

本文报告1例混合痔合并缺铁性贫血女性患者的护理实践，采用营养支持联合穴位按摩的中西医结合护理模式。护理团队基于患者生理、心理及中医证候评估，制定个体化计划，重点干预贫血纠正、排便调节、创面愈合及感染预防。营养支持侧重膳食补铁改善造血，穴位按摩取关元、足三里、血海等穴以健脾活血、益气养血。经干预后，患者贫血显著改善，排便通畅，创面愈合良好未感染。

Abstract

This article reports the nursing practice for a female patient with mixed hemorrhoids complicated by iron deficiency anemia， adopting an integrated Chinese-Western nursing model combining nutritional support and acupoint massage. Based on assessments of the patient’s physiological， psychological， and TCM syndrome patterns， the nursing team developed an individualized plan focusing on anemia correction， bowel movement regulation， wound healing， and infection prevention. Nutritional support emphasized iron-rich dietary supplementation to improve hematopoiesis， while acupoint massage targeted Guanyuan， Zusanli， and Xuehai to invigorate the spleen， activate blood circulation， and replenish qi and blood. Post-intervention， the patient exhibited significant anemia improvement， unobstructed defecation， and well-healed wounds without infection.
