摘要

本文总结1例中药塌渍联合脑反射电刺激治疗周围神经性面瘫的护理体会。采用中西医结合的干预方式对患者进行治疗，中药塌渍通过药物离子渗透毛孔与热能因子联合，促进面肌功能的恢复；脑反射电刺激通过脉冲电流刺激脑组织神经元，激活面部肌肉，从而改善患者面部症状，配合常规治疗、康复训练及健康宣教等，效果显著，充分提高患者生活质量。

Abstract

This article summarizes the nursing experience of a case of peripheral facial paralysis treated with herbal compress combined with cerebral reflex electrical stimulation. An integrated Chinese and Western medicine approach was adopted for the patient. The herbal compress promoted the recovery of facial muscle function through the penetration of medicinal ions into pores combined with thermal energy factors， while cerebral reflex electrical stimulation activated facial muscles by delivering pulsed currents to cerebral neurons， thereby improving facial symptoms. Combined with conventional treatment， rehabilitation training， and health education， the intervention achieved significant outcomes， substantially enhancing the patient’s quality of life.
